The rapid proliferation of new tools that can support learning makes it difficult to figure out what tool to use and for what purpose. This open wiki provides descriptions of tools, possible applications for teaching and learning, examples, and free/low/ or no-cost services. Download a one-page document of the tools in this site here.

There are several ways to explore the tools:
  1. By Tool Name - the Tool by Name link on the left-hand menu leads to a list of tools by name, i.e., blogs, wikis, vlogs, video, etc.
  2. By Learning Application - the Tools by Application link on the left-hand menu leads to a list of activities and behaviors which support learning, e.g. collaboration, reflection, documentation, etc.
