Social bookmarking (SB) is a web based service, where shared lists of user-created Internet bookmarks are displayed organized through meta tags so that information can be quickly and accurately displayed. Folksonomy is one outcome of SB as users self-determine the meaning of what they know.

  • Wiki on a Stick (WoS) - Wiki on a Stick (WoaS) is an Open Source web application that runs completely in your browser- you don't even need an internet connection as it is all local. It consists of a large file with xhtml, css and JavaScript all embedded into it. It contains all the functionality to create, edit and maintain a wiki of multiple cross linked pages with all the formatting options available to webpages, including custom css and embedded graphic images.
